BIC team members are empowered to take ownership of their careers and bring their unique perspectives to the table to make a meaningful impact on our mission.It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today.As a Financial Cost Analyst you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis and the projection of the company, follow the internal procedures and policies aligned with the guidelines of the Group and IFRS, for the correct usage of the resources of the company, related with Cost, expenses, inventories and Fixed assets, High contribution of the annual Budget, Forecast and measurement of the Actual cost vs Bud & vs STDC, assure the integrity of the financial statements to be deliver to the Group of BIC.**What You'll Do**:Consolidate and analyze financial data (Budgets, Forecasts, monthly reports, etc.) taking into account company's goals and financial standing.Assure financial policies into the BIC std & IFRSPreparing monthly statements reports of COG Schedule, Inventory, Manufacturing Package, P&L per operation Packaging - Molding - HTH)Analysis of actual expenses vs established on Budgets, track the differences and propose actions. To determine the std cost of the products.Analysis of Manufacturing Variances (PPV, logistics cost, FX PPV, Labor, VOH, FOH and Depreciation) Volume and Mix Analysis Actual vs Budget. And Other COGs Variances (Obsolete provisions miscellaneous, PYRO, other )Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts, inventories and cyclical inventories.Recommend actions by analyzing, interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.Project leader on the evaluation of savings proposals and continuous improvement, considering costs and benefitsMonitor and implement the necessary actions to comply with business indicators and customer satisfaction. Comply with the guidelines stipulated in the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management Systems, as well as define the necessary controls. Supervise that his/her personnel in charge carry out the activities related to their position so that the proposed business objectives are met and the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management systems are kept in operation.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in General Accounting
