Acting as risk stewards, and incorporating a range of specialist teams, we work together with the business and leverage advanced technology to help HSBC navigate a complex regulatory landscape and embed a sustainable approach to compliance risk management that supports safe growth and serves customers fairly. Compliance aspires to continuously raise the bar and set leading standards across the industry to help HSBC safeguard its customers and the communities within which it operates.**Main activities**:- Elicit requirements from regional compliance staff to ensure system requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered.- Act as Business Systems Owner for bespoke regional Compliance Systems- Act as a conduit between regional Compliance staff and the global product management team. Provide regional SME representation to the global teams for change related activities.- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and user interaction at all levels.- Ensure requirements are communicated clearly, consistently and in context to Global Product Owners and colleagues at all levels.- Optimize systems usage in Compliance
