Execute changes to master data as approved by business review process including but not limited to requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data in Quote to Cash, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, FieldCentrix (FX), BAAN ERP, InTouch, Erisk, and Oracle Applications. React to escalation notices to expedite creation or changes to master data by prioritizing and rebalancing other requests using a defined escalation protocol as needed. Update and correct information in a variety of ERP systems and tables. Create and maintain Affiliate (IG) and Interplant accounts. Maintain New Account and Maintenance Spreadsheets. Daily Drop Out reporting. Validate data based on daily Purchaser Audit Summary Reports. Update Bank Key and Bank Account information as needed. Aid in solving Master Data related problems such as erroneous information and program problems. Back up fellow Master Data Analysts as needed. Document processes. Other activities as requested by internal customers. Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong team orientation required. Must have demonstrated analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Experience working in a global environment.
