We´re a investment group with presence in Mexico and Latam, our investment is on construction, entertainment and banking, we´re looking a CFO for manager the financial team in Mexico:**In the role of Finance Director you will have the following responsibilities:- Development of the strategic growth plan for the next 1-5 years.- Evaluating the current finance situation for possible weaknesses and making changes where necessary.- Proactively identifying opportunities for growth and new target markets within Mexico and LATAM.- Working closely with the Managing Director to maximise profitability.- Full ownership of the P&L.- Oversight of quarterly and annual reporting, as well as coordinating external audits.- Ongoing analysis of internal processes to increase efficiency**Our Offer**:- Working Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 6:30 p.M. (Direct contract, Benefits and Growth)- Salary: $8,500 to $11,500 USD at Month (option to bonnus)**What you'll need to succeed****More than 8 years of experience as a**:- Head of Finance, director of Finance, CFO, Chief Financial Officer, finance director- Academic Background in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering. Business/Finance MBA.- Advanced English Level- Experienced (+10 yrs) in multiple-sites F&A Master's,- +5 years Solid experience in Finance Transformation-Leadership, Team Management, Banking, Fintech, Financial área, Tech Companies- Prior work experience in a business operations, compliance, audit, or risk with focus on operational controls- Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability with ability to maintain independence, autonomy, and confidentiality- Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues and risks, including root cause analysis.- Knowledge in compliance, internal control, legal, general accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, taxes), finance and organizational restructuring- 8+ years experiencie as a Sr. Financial Manager or +3 as a Financial Director.- 8+ years experience in financial planning and analysis for a medium-to-large sized distribution- Really strong relation with Banks, and C Levels- Experience working with multi-national businesses in Mexico and other Latin America.- Ensure compliance with legal, internal and legal control systems. Where necessary, develop and implement more robust systems of internal controls.- Identify opportunities for the business to enhance profits.- Control revenues, overhead and capital expenditures and, when necessary, create and implement corrective action in relation to budget deviations- Prepare, review and submit monthly financial results for the Board- Perform ad hoc financial analyses per the request of senior management and other department leaders supporting business decisions.
