This position reports to OMA's Investor Relations Officer within the Investor Relations, Financial Planning, and ESG Reporting department.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and prepare all period-end and budget-related financial reporting activities under IFRS, including the preparation of budgets and budgeted financial statements, ensuring timely submission to meet reporting deadlines.Develop and present budget analyses, as well as other departmental presentations, for VINCI Airports' Head Office (a subsidiary of VINCI Group) and manage follow-ups as required.Conduct detailed analytical reviews, including variance analysis on quarterly results, to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and relevance in reporting.Prepare documentation and supporting materials for statutory accounts, external audits, and Head Office reviews in France.Manage financial databases and map account balances between OMA and VINCI's consolidation standards, ensuring consistency with reporting requirements.Report financial and non-financial information through the various VINCI Head Office platforms as required.Collaborate with Accounting and Consolidation teams in Mexico (OMA) and France (VINCI) to resolve issues and communicate procedural updates.Assist in the reporting of intercompany transactions, tax, and fixed assets as needed.Facilitate communication between OMA and the VINCI Airports team in France, reporting directly to the VINCI Airports' Head Office.Skills Required:Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and attention to detail.Solid understanding of IFRS, and accounting principles.Strong verbal and written communication skills with all management levels.Knowledge of SAP for financial reporting, consolidation, and account mapping purposes.Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Excellent multitasking abilities, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.Experience & Qualifications:1–3 years of relevant experience.Full proficiency in English (verbal and written), as it is the primary working language.Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).Solid knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and interpretation.Experience with SAP is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesAirlines and Aviation#J-18808-Ljbffr
