Be calm and focused.The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:- Scheduling medical and court appointments- Maintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case Manager- Drafting and Proofreading general correspondence and court documentsThis position is very busy and Legal Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys and court personnel.
