.Role Description:Planning, coordination and control of the MLC/D&O portfolio. Ensuring that the underwriting complies with the goals, objectives and standards of the organization in order to meet customer satisfaction and deadlines. Interpreting and implementing MLC/D&O guidelines. Contributing to the company´s profitability technical results. Developing business strategies to improve product placement. Increase business retention ratios and penetration into target segments. Developing and enacting policies and procedures within individual, district, and regional offices. Collaborate with team members, finance and human resources departments, and upper management to establish guidelines and best practices. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Problem-solving: able to make quick decisions and have good judgment and analytical skills.
