It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.Position OverviewThe principal activities of a Finance Plant Controller typically revolve around overseeing and managing the financial operations within a manufacturing plant or facility.What you'll doPrepare month end close financial deck and present it to the controller and plant manager.Present results and variance explanations to executive management in a clear concise manner to deliver relevant, accurate and timely insights.Cost Accounting, Implementing and maintaining cost accounting systems to accurately track and allocate manufacturing costs.Inventory Management, Monitoring inventory levels and valuation, ensuring accuracy of inventory records, and analyzing inventory turnover and obsolescenceLead the Monterrey Plants annual budget and periodic forecasts; includes driving core assumptions, insights, analytics and financial models.Supervise a team of 2 Finance Analysts to support general Finance & Accounting functions.Monitor and track capex budget, spending and requests for Monterrey Plant and Vertex project.Drive the monthly internal management reporting process, variance analysis and presentation materials; provide clear insightful analytics to drive business decisions and transparencyAll other duties as assignedWho you areFinance leader with a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 7+ years of progressive experience with a proven track recordDemonstrated results in improving processes and developing financial analysis providing business insight that is timely, relevant, and accurateAbility to go beyond the numbers to discern meaningful insights and identify the business implicationsHighly proficient communication and presentation skills both oral and writtenStrong technical aptitude: advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft including Excel and PowerPoint.
