Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role:**Type of Contract: Fixed Term (9 months)**What you need:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Actuary, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar field.- Fluent Spanish and English.- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance or an analytical position.- Knowledge of ERP and/or satellite databases.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Strong drive for results & able to perform well under pressure.- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.- Desirable - previous experience in financial planning and analysis.What you will be doing:- Maintaining, improving and developing existing management reporting process.- Ensure reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions to gather required data.- Assist in the development of financial performance measurement tools to monitor and improve performance.- Support financial closing activities and provide post-closing analytics and reporting.- Assist in creation and analysis of pricing proposals.- Assist in sensitivity & financial impact analysis to monitor and evaluate the financial performance on proposed strategies & key business strategies.- Provide financial data & ad hoc analysis to local finance and operating teams.- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual forecast, including profit and loss, balance sheet- Support the preparation of results, analysis, and business plan presentations.- Proactively keep the FP&A Manager informed of business issues & opportunities.- Contribute to and drive process improvements.What we offer:At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
