Our success is based on a proven implementation track record, industry leading domain expertise and unmatched talent in our delivery teams.We are currently seeking an FP&A Specialist o join our expanding Finance Team.Essential Duties:- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input and assumptions for the financial planning process.- Analyze historical data and trends to provide accurate financial forecasts and identify areas of improvement.- Budgeting and Variance Analysis: Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts.- Identify key drivers behind variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, highlighting key insights and trends.- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.- Business Partnering and Decision Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to assist in decision-making processes.- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support business needs.- Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning and analysis processes.- Implement automation and tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- 5-7 years proven experience as an FP&A Specialist or similar role.- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using advanced Excel functions
