As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in financial control within the Process Automation business area, in San Luis Potosi; Mexico, examining financial results in Finance, coordinating the preparation of performance reports and commenting on financial statements for the Colombia and Canada. In this role you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions.

**This position reports to**:
Business Controller

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving and facilitating financial planning processes and activities.
- Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools in support of financial planning activities.
- Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives.
- Aiding initiatives to achieve excellence in financial control and improvement of processes and tools.
- Facilitating the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community.
- Organizing and delivering training on various tools and processes.
- Provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets and forecasts to support business management and other stakeholders at various levels of the organization in decision-making processes.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
- +3 years of experience working in similar position.
- Knowledge and solid foundations in accounting, MS Office, Planning and Reporting tools.
- Experience in financial statement analysis (balance sheet, P&L) and in cost center and expense analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills is a must and SAP experience desirable.
- Previous experience in transnational companies and/or Big Four companies is a plus.
- Problem solving mindset, good communication skills, prioritizing task ability.
- Advanced level of English.
