Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Financial Planning Analyst.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Participate the monthly closing activities for the Juarez Operations, including journal entries and required analysis.
- Perform analysis/reconciliations of balance sheet and miscellaneous P&L accounts on
a monthly basis to be reviewed with the accounting manager and on a quarterly basis with the Controller.- Support costing clerk in critical order costing and preparation of daily sales reporting.
- Assist reporting team in preparation of monthly rolling forecast including report preparation, operational / financial review, variance analysis and annually during Profit Plan.
- Participate in annual physical inventory and plant cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory
and perform analysis as needed.- Participate in Fixed Assets annual physical inventory and perform analysis as needed.
- Understand and support maintenance of the standard cost system. Review routings and BOMs for accuracy in adherence to Eaton Financial Policies. Update standard costs according to Eaton Financial Policy.
- Perform SOX activities related to document requirements and assessment completion.
- Prepare annual RSD Corporate Schedules for input into the Corporate Financial System.
- Usage of electronic tools (PBI, Monarch & queries) for analysis improvement oriented to Finance 4.0
**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a cost accountant in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree required in accounting or finance
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge in ERP Systems
- Proficient in English (80%)
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including communication in English and Spanish
- Fully bilingual (desired)
- Knowledge of Oracle system, Mapics, Vista, and Encore reporting
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Assisting with the recommendation, development, and implementation of process improvements
in support of department goals.- Supporting ongoing EBE initiatives by demonstrating individual accountability,
continuous process improvement and teamwork.

- Reportar cualquier condición de EHS de riesgo/insegura que detecte a EHS o su supervisor para seguimiento.
- Conocer los aspectos ambientales e impactos de su actividad y aplicar los controles operacionales aplicables a su puesto (Separar y depositar en los contenedores que corresponda los residuos de basura común, papel reciclable, botes de aluminio, cartuchos vacíos de tóner y tinta; reportar fugas de agua y gas, reducir consumo de agua y energía y reducir generación de residuos)
- Conocer y asegurar que el personal a su cargo aplique los controles operacionales que apliquen a sus areas de responsabilidad que puedan impactar a los recursos naturales.
- Completar los entrenamientos de EHS que le sean asignados (Entrenamiento General de MESH).
- Comunicar cualquier situación de emergencia de detecte a EHS o a su supervisor y seguir los procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias de las mismas.
