**What You'll Do**:
- Prepare monthly business reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets in partnership with the team and our clients.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic business decisions for us and our clients.
- Present recommendations to us and our clients regarding financial objectives and policies.
- Work on bookkeeping and reporting for us, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks online.
- Create standardized reporting packages for all clients.
- Train inexperienced staff as needed.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
**What You Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Excel financial modeling skills and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work and deal with people at various levels and of diverse backgrounds.
- Proactive and self-motivated; excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and curious.
- Capable of working directly with our clients on their financial projects as required.
- Must own a newer model computer (2019 or newer) and have reliable internet access.
- Minimum 1 years' experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with hourly timekeeping systems like Clockify.

- The Financial Analyst will sign a contractor agreement and will be paid monthly in local currency ($R).
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8/9am to 5/6pm - PST.
