Through our broad portfolio of sensors, electrical protection components and sensor-rich solutions which create valuable business insights, we help our customers address increasingly complex engineering and operating performance requirements.We are looking for the best Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at our Tijuana location.Summary:The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for a variety of aspects including forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analyzing the company's finance and expenses.Responsibilities:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, and tools
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
**Experiência y requisitos**
- A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e.
Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e.
Masters degree)
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with Oracle (desirable)
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
