This role is responsible for supporting in report generation and consolidation of a world class Global Capability. Supporting the financial planning process, financial and volume information, preparing monthly decks for providing accurate information to lead the decision making process and ensure fulfilment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Your ImpactAs Finance Planning Analyst your functions would consist of:Provide optimal support to the Latin American Beverages (LAB) FP&A team, ensuring compliance with SLAs and sharing monthly scorecard updates with the community.Support Last Estimate/Closing/Forecast and AOP processes, perform business analysis and address reporting and ad-hoc needs for Latin America markets required by LAB stakeholder.Evaluate P&L and Operating Cash Flow (OCF) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for each market.Prepare and consolidate regional reports, including monthly POR decks, P&L variance explanations, and volume analysis (CSE/BCS).Optimize reporting processes, support Mosaic implementation and drive standardization and homologation process across Latin America markets.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationEducation: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration or any related.Experience1 year of experience in FP&A.Intermediate proficiency in Excel.Advanced English level.Deep understanding of a P&L.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wider range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers
