**Responsibilities**
**Financial Planning Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
The MBS Team is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for all transitions for LAtam Financial Planning (CFO scope).
Focus on digitalization, centralization, standardization, automation and WoW & process improvement.
This position will have main skills in Project Management, Mosaic, HFM, SAP, Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, RPA (Robot Process Automation), RDA (Robot Desktop Automation).Due to Mosaic Roll out want to reinforce our team's skills by incorporating someone with the ability to identify potential opportunities and the technical skills to build the solution.
The objective of this position is to identify and develop/execute process improvement projects across multiple Financial Planning LAB, specially related to Mosaic implementation.
**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- ** Functional Responsibilities**:
- Gain and develop further/experienced understanding of multiple FP processes.
- Develop an understanding of different business models across CUs in LAB.
- Responsible to ensure data initialization process across Mosaic roll out.
- Manage Control, IT and FP&A communication during data deployment.
- Responsible to ensure closing activities related to Mosaic roll out.
- Create engagement with stakeholders and solid mutual collaboration relationships.
- Keep key stakeholders informed.
- ** Functional Experience**:
- 4 Years of experience.
- ** Education**: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
- ** Computer literate**: Advanced Excel, Power Point.
- ** Language**: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred.
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers.
- ** Technological Skills**:
- Propose new ways of working using current/new technological tools or functional process re-design.
- Advanced Excel (Practical tests will be made).
- Create new advanced Excel models or reports.
- Improve current Excel models or reports to an advanced level.
- MOSAIC, TM1, HMF, SMARTVIEW, Oracle, SAP and Digital Planning tools are a plus.
- Owner of data initialization mosaic phase.
- Lead alignment between systems and areas.
- Create improvements documentation for knowledge management (User guides, manuals).
- Manage relationship with IT, FP, SSC and CNTRL teams in case the solution is built by them.
- ** Business Transformation**:
- Identify process improvement opportunities across Finance processes.
- Execute process improvement agenda and collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate improvements implications.
- Support change management strategy.
- Support value realization tracking.
- Support improvement workshops.
- Perform adhoc analysis of processes.
- Present improvements in different forums.
- ** Change Management**:
- Create improvements documentation for knowledge management (User guides, manuals).
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications / Requirement**
- ** Finance Skills**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance function (Supply Chain Finance, Opex, A&M, FP&A, Sales Finance).
- ** Languaje Skills**:
- Advanced English is a must (some projects may require interaction with Global teams).
- ** Tech Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency using Excel (Able to use complex formulas, create macros, dynamic tables and manage files with multiple interconnected tabs).
- Tableu, advanced level is a mustPower Bi is a must
