**Responsibilities**:
**FP&A Assoc Analyst**
**Main purpose**:
GBS LAB FP&A Assoc Analyst will play a key role in the LAB Central Beverage business.
This role is responsible for report generating and consolidation of a world class Global Business Service (GBS) for LAB Central FP&A.
Responsible of supporting financial planning process, and be responsible for financial and volume information, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.
**Accountabilities**:
- Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA's responsible to update, maintain, improve and communicate the monthly scorecard results for LAB community.
- Support FP&A team on AOP/Forecast development through information processing and consolidation as well as business analysis for LAB markets
- Check consistency between YTD trend and BOY forecast by market and P&L line
- Update, communicate and consolidate Early Read template on pre-close algorithm result
- Satisfy PepsiCo and HQ corporate governance and reporting requirements
- Responsible for weekly flash report that consists on consolidate volume information per market as well as to provide sound analysis on volume trend and changes
- Consolidate monthly and quarterly volume reports including Running Rates trend per market and volume growth per brand and market
- Ad-hoc analysis requested by FP&A team members and GM, on a very collaborative environment
- Provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks
- Provide sales reporting and forecasting support to the MU, with periodic volume and MC reporting, analysis and target-setting
- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Generate reports, update and improvements looking for standardization across LATAM's markets.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters to advise the MBS LAB Leader
Qualifications:

- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
