**Your daily activities and responsibilities**:

- Preparation of budgets.
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Carry out risk management.
- Manage all financial operations (Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition, etc.)
- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions.
- Forecasts of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows.
- Must work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve plant or corporate objectives.
- Shares best practices across global finance team, process improvements, financial modeling and procedures changes.
- Collaborates with General Manager, Plant accountants and senior management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis.
- Monitor and implement plant internal controls.
- Complete all local audit and tax obligations.
**Your financial compensation for your collaboration**:
$50,000 MXN and extralegal benefits.
- 3 years of proven experience in the financial area with knowledge of Costs and Budgets.
- Bachelor's degrees in Finance or related (Specialization in finance).
- Advanced English.
- SAP.
- Experience in transnational companies.
- Ability to create strategies and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
