In this role, the Financial Analyst will interact with a variety of levels of the organization and will be responsible for delivering value-added business analysis and meaningful financial/operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision making. The role will be responsible for analyzing the company's product revenue and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, and has excellent analytical skills.Where you will make an impactMonthly forecasting and annual budget, including risks and opportunities, as well as long-term projections.Month-end close analysis and reporting.Provide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected results.Prepare/consolidate monthly financial reporting packages, including comprehensive key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, variance analysis, and executive commentary.Develop and maintain financial and operating KPIs, and ad-hoc financial analysis to drive better decision-making and prioritization for the organization.Various other ad-hoc analyses, reports, and special projects as needed.Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as needed.What you will bring2+ years relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis preferred, with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.Strong business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to understand and analyze key performance drivers for a business, draw conclusions, and extend concepts/recommendations towards future business impact.Demonstrated ability to synthesize financials and KPI's in simple business terms and turn conclusions into stories that operators can understand and respond to.Ability to work with large amounts of data and to translate results into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving business performance.Ability to build and execute analyses/metrics from conceptual requirements and to frame associated recommendations.Ability to inherit existing analyses/metrics, maintain and extend value, and to frame associated recommendations
