**FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst****Position Summary****Type of job: Work from home but needs to Live in Tijuana, Baja California (ONLY)**Conducts data analysis to ascertain business performance against expectations. Produces reports of results and recommended actions. Provides daily support to department leaders and finance leadership and provides day to day financial oversite.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support designated group:- Monitor and analyze overhead costs to ensure adherence to budget and forecast- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization- Collaborate with business partners to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities; Serve as a finance leader to department leaders- Support monthly close process- Assist in the development of benchmarking KPIs to optimally manage overhead expenses- Analyze monthly financial operation results, and prepare variance analysis for monthly business reports and forecasts- Support monthly commission processing for the commercial organization- Analyze capital expenditures and prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis- Produce reports as required by Finance and executive leadership- Provides support for and oversite of data management and integrity in NetSuite (ERP)- Participates on projects as assigned**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**- Knowledge:_- Finance- Financial analysis models and methodologies- General business operations and strategy- Facilities and or building services industry- NetSuite and Epicor- Skills:_- Organization- Attention to detail- Problem solving- Analytical- Financial modeling- Ability to work with all levels of management- Collaborative- MS Office Applications- Competencies:_- Dealing with ambiguity- Resourceful**Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements**- Experience Required:_- 2 or more years' experience as financial analyst with progressive understanding of business strategy- Education:_- Bachelor's DegreeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $9,700.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Descuento de empleados- Programa de referidos- Trabajo desde casaIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 22424, Tijuana, B.C.Fecha de inicio prevista: 27/05/2024
