Analyze operational anancial data, building vast databases, and prepare accurate monthnancial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectiveame decisions that need to be made. The key duties and responsibilities of & A Analyst usually include:Provi&nance support to theaccounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. Build annual budgets arecasr different business units and consolidating into one master budget. Analyzing previous budgets arecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies. Creanancial models to predict growth arecast performance. Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create. Partner directly with tnance team & Corporanance Team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Liaising with senior management, heads of departments and other key leadershgures. Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectiveame decisions to be made. Identify and research variances recast,budget, and prior- Year expenses, proactively identifying opportunitir improvement.
