Our work is global and includes audit, treasury, internal control and financial support for commercial areas. Your day to day Evaluate commercial initiatives, negotiations with customers and contractual conditions. Evaluate commercial investment and trade promotions on a ROI basis. Pricing:
Manage company pricing process, coordinate with commercial areas to anticipate changes, process them timely and obtain necessary approvals and tests before effective date, and provide reports and solve queries from stakeholders. Additionally, evaluate and propose changes to process/system to streamline process and ensure a controlled environment. Accounting:
Coordinate with users and ensure Leasing information is accurate. Coordinate issuance of intercompany replacements Invoices/Credit Memos accordingly. Accountabilities Coordinate and process price changes requests, obtain and follow-up internal approvals and tests, ensure pricing conditions are timely and accurately uploaded for proper issuance of invoice to customers and intercompany. Be the single point of contact user for pricing queries from internal and external stakeholders (Headquarters, Sales, Internal/External Audit, Tax, Statutory). Coordination of pricing process migration to Global Business Services. Support the evaluation of commercial initiatives or customers contract renewals. Be the point of contact between affiliate and accounting centralized group for leased assets, review and upload changes to lease database, resolve queries. Follow-up on intercompany open items. Perform invoice issuance or cancellation, and request intercompany clearing. Review and perform cancellations of invoices for rejections. Coordinate issuance of Invoices/Credit memos related to replacements. Validate that non-factory fixed assets inventory, are accurate, and aligned with policies. We are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting. 2 to 3 years of work experience either on positions in Finance Function. Accounting, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge. Trade promotions / commercial expenses evaluation Analytical Skills and focus on details (to ensure accuracy in pricing process) Time management and prioritizing (timely delivery) What we offer...
