This role will be responsible for people cost forecasting, journal entry preparation, and variance analysis. This analyst is responsible for owning the monthly forecast submission, utilizing in-house software, and will move onto new workstreams as the corporate functions transition to the platform used by other functions within Corporate.Your Impact: As SC Fin Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast.Provide insights into the key drivers of the business results.Prepare necessary journal entries to control team.Support sector billing process – planning and forecasting potential true-ups to plan.Provide analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects.Build strong working relationships with business partners.Load forecast and plan system.Additional control submissions, including quarterly Cash Flow and significant people cost commitments.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong preference for a master's degree.Experience: 2-4 years of relevant finance experience.Strong FP&A skills and experience with forecasting and planning cycles.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications.Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us: Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.
