Financial Regulatory And Societary Legal Specialist

On an everyday basis, you will be advising on regulatory compliance for a regulated entity: Ford Credit, as well as giving advise on legal matters concerning CNBV, NAFIN, BMV audits.In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination of the societary management of all Ford and Ford Credit entities.Law degree- Full English professional proficiency- Strong knowledge on financial regulation and societary law- Financial Regulation (SOFOM E.R.; CONDUSEF; CUE; CUAE; CUB)- Teamwork skills.5+ years experience required**DISCLAIMER**:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.Daily advice and monitoring of any regulation related and applicable to financial institutions in Mexico, specifically for a SOFOM, E.R., as well as any other regulation applicable for the issuance activities of the entity- Follow-up and attendance to audits performed by different authorities, specially CNBV, NAFIN, or BMV, and work on the delivery of requirements derived thereof, collaborating and coordinating other teams deliverables in order to comply in a timely and appropriate manner, avoiding penalties to the Company- Provide legal support to the Treasury team on activities related to legal compliance and execution of contracts with banking institutions in Mexico and other countries, if applicable- Responsible of the corporate management of Ford and Ford Credit companies, and coordinate the relationship with Notary services
