She/HE will be a contributor in supporting our projects with financial institutions across MX and US.*****Financial Risks Senior Consultant****What we're looking for**:- Advanced level of English- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Accounting or Finance- 3+ years of experience in financial risks, especially market and liquidity risks- Strong practical understanding of interest rate risk concepts and valuation principles- Knowledge of banking sector products and processes- Experience with balance sheet management software programs such as QRM, Bancware, Empyrean, ZM, Polypaths, or other related software- **Experience working in banking or consulting services with banking clients- is required**- Working knowledge of the banking industry, including, but not limited to: loan/deposit products, investment types, borrowing sources/structures, financial modeling practices, financial instruments, and financial markets- Motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment**Preferred Skills**- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or finance- FRM, CFA, or PMP Certification- Proven experience with, and understanding of statistical software packages such as SAS, data mining and relational databases, and database queries (Oracle and/or SQL)- Reporting knowledge using Tableau**Role and Responsibilities**- Formulate actionable insights using analysis of client balance sheet, income statement, and other financial statements- Interpret how clients identify, measure, monitor and control interest rate risk, liquidity risk, capital risk, and other key risks- Ability to articulate the analysis and recommendations both internally and through client communication; in both written and verbal methods- Requires excellent communication skills to work with clients ensuring exemplary completion of all projects.
