.What You'll DoThis position involves an emphasis on customer interaction and collections in a dynamic environment of continuous change. In this role you will:- You understand lease documents and lease life-cycle issues that may impact receivables- You will initiate collection calls, research and resolve past due issues- You'll perform account reconciliations, including suspense cash- You will run account delinquency- You'll drive specific account collections goals- You will reduce account aging- You will evaluate and raise collection issues- You will forecast cash collection- You will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate customer requests- You will evaluate if credit or debits need to be issued- Build Excel Aging reports- Prepare monthly report, highlighting the financial impact of collection activity- Maintain a positive customer experience by communicating with the customer to ensure operational improvements occur- Provide clear and concise communication across multiple teams across Cisco Systems Capital organization to resolve billing disputesWho You'll Work WithCisco Capital Americas Operations supports the leasing and financing of hardware and services supplied by Cisco Systems, Inc. and their partners, including contract preparation, billing and collecting and end of lease activities. There are nine Operations Teams in the Americas in two locations: RTP, NC and Reno, Nevada, this role will be based in Mexico City.
