About this role We are seeking an experienced Financial Solutions Specialist to join our Wealth sales force.
As a specialist role, you will be part of a team focused on delivering insurance solutions to our customers.

Key responsibilities Support Relationship Managers in gaining clients' trust and confidence in our capabilities. Assist in identifying and uncovering clients' needs, and presenting relevant wealth solutions. Commercial management to increase customer penetration in our Wealth segment. Provide specialist advice on insurance solutions to ensure clients' needs are fulfilled. Train Relationship Managers on technical and practical skills. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience as a product specialist, life insurance agent or financial advisor. Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience. Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
