**Job Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Financing and Loan Structuring Manager who will also act as the Liaison with Financial institutions and lessors in the Americas region, mainly on the US territory.
This role is instrumental in supporting our sales team with funding deals and ensuring optimal financial solutions for both the company and our customers.
The Financing and Loan Structuring Manager will actively engage in the sales process, offering funding alternatives to enhance the attractiveness of our HP offerings.
The incumbent will also play a crucial role in streamlining processes for quick turnaround times, managing lease fleets, forecasting buybacks, and representing the company in HPEFS Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
**Key Responsibilities**:- Support Deal Funding: Collaborate with the sales team to secure funding for deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and customers.- Enhance Deal Attractiveness: Actively engage in the sales process by providing financing alternatives that make HP offerings more appealing to potential customers.- Quick Turnaround Time (TAT): Work closely with the sales, customer, and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure quick TAT for funding approvals.- Promotion Strategy: Develop and implement promotional strategies that enable the company to compete more effectively in the market.- Lease Fleet Management: Oversee the management of the existing lease fleet, including payments, delinquencies, restructuring, and end-of-life buybacks.- Buyback Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasting for buyback programs and lease trends to inform strategic decision-making.- Represent at QBRs: Represent the company in HPE Financial Services Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate financial performance, challenges, and opportunities.- Sales Funnel Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales funnel calls, offering financial expertise and guidance.
Analyze and provide support to deals in the pipeline where needed.- Vendor Relations: Work closely with third-party finance vendors to ensure effective collaboration and execution of financial solutions.- Maintain excellent communications with both Sales and Customer management across the Regions.- Represent HP as expert with customers, share knowledge in areas of expertise, and link to related technology areas.- Actively support the Sales team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Portuguese is a plus.- Proven experience in Banking, Financial Management and Business Analysis.- Experience in financing structures for capital assets.- Strong understanding of financing options and the ability to create attractive financial solutions
