Job Description Join our team as a Firmware Test Automation Engineer II, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions for firmware in consumer electronics and IoT devices. You will support the development process by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring thorough verification and validation of the products. Working closely with Senior Engineers, you will translate requirements into deliverable automated testing solutions. This role offers a hands-on experience with cutting-edge test equipment and platforms in a collaborative environment, covering the full product lifecycle from inception to final product deployment. Job Duties Design and setup automated test benches and equipment. Develop and integrate automated test scripts. Perform product debugging and troubleshooting. Conduct thorough verification and validation processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Provide customer support for testing-related issues. Collaborate on design and quoting processes. You Must Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in firmware testing. Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and methodologies. 1+ years of experience in developing automated test scripts and system configurations. 1+ years of programming experience in embedded C/C++. Experience with low-pin-count communication buses (I2C, UART, SPI). Proficiency with troubleshooting tools (JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). Experience in developing desktop automated test software. Scripting experience with Python or equivalent languages. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
