First Choice Debt Relief - Sales Representative

Job Sales Representative Responsibilities: Consult with customers over the phone, reviewing options and providing personalized recommendations through a consultative approach.
Communicate honestly and confidently about each client's situation and available options, ensuring transparency.
Conduct outbound calls and send emails to follow up with qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing team (no cold calling required).
Process electronic agreements and manage the lead pipeline, maintaining consistent and proactive follow-up.
Organize and manage your schedule and lead database to meet performance metrics and goals.
Diligently document client interactions and update customer status in the system.
Enroll qualified clients into FCDR's program, adhering to all compliance requirements.
Requirements: Phone Sales Experience: Preferably within financial services (not required).
If you're eager and have the drive to learn, we offer training to become a top-performing sales consultant.
Bilingual (English & Spanish): Preferred.
