Fixed Asset Sr. Analyst

Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst within the Fixed Assets Accounting team will have the responsibility of driving world-class financial reporting by leading month-end/quarter-end close reporting activities including the preparation of the monthly Worldwide Fixed Assets Reporting package and reconciliations. This position helps lead both internal and external audit requests, including SOX control compliance. This position reports directly to Fixed Assets Accounting Manager.

Essential Job Duties Drive various month-end/quarter-end close activities to meet tight close deadlines including posting of journal entries and completing account reconciliation.Lead in the preparation of the monthly Fixed Asset Reporting package and reconciliations and presentation to accounting management team.Actively coordinate and communicate with the accounting/finance teams of the Company's foreign subsidiaries and outside service providers throughout the monthly close process.Lead Capital Expenditure Aging reviews for Fixed Assets and asset-related projects by conducting routine reviews with business partners and producing an aging analysis report.Ensure internal and external audit requests and SOX testing requests are completed timely and accurately.Identify areas for improvement and execute process improvements within own areas.Interpret and enforce ISI's Fixed Asset policy utilizing existing systems and established processes, procedures, and controls. Update related documentation as required.Support other Fixed Assets activities throughout the month.
