**A Snapshot ofYour Day**

In your role as Fixed Assets Analyst:
Process Ownership
- You will work in a team of domain experts, in which your tasks includeclarification of accounting issues, analysis of errors, initiation of anynecessary corrections and involvement in process improvement activities orinitiatives, if needed with support from the Fixed Assets Senior Analyst.
- You will take ownership of daily Fixed Assets transactions andmonth-end-closing activities and ensure they are recorded in a timely and accuratemanner, in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP quality standards or any otherrelevant regulations and guidelines.

Collaboration & Teamwork
- You will be expected to collaborate and buildstrong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as regionalaccounting hubs, local business teams, and other partners within Siemens Energy'sglobal communities.
- Listen actively and continuously focused on stakeholder requests,managing complex and uncertain operational issues, while decisively movingforward in taking ownership of decisions, together with the Fixed Assets SeniorAnalyst.
- Share bestpractices with all relevant stakeholders.

**How You'll Make an Impact**

Daily Operations, Controls and Process Improvements

As a detail oriented, actively committed and involved Fixed AssetsAnalyst, you will be responsible for:

- Process and confirm modifications of Master Data to our Stakeholders.
- Perform intercompany and intracompany asset transfers.
- Process capitalization and ensure the depreciation will run correctlyaccording to the useful life and internal policy.
- Process budget allocation and ad hoc requests for assets underconstruction.
- Prepare monthly reports for assets under construction.
- Process asset disposals (scrapping, sales, write offs).
- Provide support and information required for internal controls.
- Extract inventory lists for the fixed assets stock taking.
- Internal order / WBS element creation according to capital expenditurerequests.
- Process impairment or reversal of impairment according to requests.
- Ensuring stability in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closingactivities.
- You assist with ad-hoc duties required by management to meet the needsof the business.
- You willbe responsible for internal controls in Fixed Assets accounting, alsoparticipating in internal and external audits by providing timely andqualitative information and resolve queries from the auditors (where applicablefor the assigned countries/legal entities and tasks).
- You execute and continuously update DTP (Desktop Procedure) documentationfor existing and are involved in the creation of DTPs for new processes/variances.
- Contributing and engaging in standardizing and automating our workflows,Fixed Assets processes and our cross-functional processes throughout thecompany.

***What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or relevant workingexperience in Fixed Assets Accounting
- Preferably first experiences in the field of Fixed Assets Accounting &Finance Operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Basic knowledge of IFRS accounting is preferable.
- Good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)
- Preferably first basic understanding of business processes in SAP.
- Experience in transitions and transformation projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for knowledgetransfer, training/workshops, if needed
- You are open and communicative in nature as well as fluent Englishskills complete your profile.
