We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!**Responsibilities**:- Will control and monitor construction in process of capital-Fixed Asset projects.- Reconcile the balances of the projects at the Sub AR level during the month.- Capitalization of projects in coordination with the originators of the projects and Corporate.- Review of requisitions for purchase orders for capital projects (Assigning location, account and cost center as applicable).- Approval of purchase orders for capital projects.- Work with annual capital projects budget.- Capital plan forecast (Reported to corporate).- Address both internal and external corporate requirements in relation to capital projects and fixed assets.- Keep track of the physical inventory of fixed assets. Coordinate a physical inventory at least every 2 years.- Month Closing (Subledger vs. General Ledger Reconciliation). Registration of accounting policies.- Address Audit requirements related to Fixed Assets- Support with extraordinary tasks when required.**Requirements**:- Public Accountant or similar.- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position- Advanced Excel (pivots, blookups, grouping, subtotals, etc.)- Knowledge of the most recent tax requirements regarding tax depreciation and treatment of fixed assets.- Action Oriented- Able to work under stress- Basic English (50%)- Oracle expert is a plus.**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
