Completed Bachelor's degree.- 2+ years of general experience- Solid understanding of Fleet Management and vehicle mobility services.- (B1) English Intermediate.Amazon Logistics is looking for a Fleet Program Specialist for their Last Mile team to support transportation capacity efforts and the quality of transportation vehicles. #AmazonMexico Key job responsibilities -Operational leadership in regional continuous improvement programs and cost improvement opportunities, while maintaining positive working relationships with operations leadership. -Boost adoption of processes that support delivery training and audit mechanisms to maintain high standards. -Support program/product team to deploy and adopt service policies and influence the overall program to achieve business objectives in a timely manner. -Provide operators' input to develop workflows that will achieve compliance to processes. -Serve as a liaison between operators to ensure fleet products launches and standards adoption. -Drive the fleet safety, security, and productivity initiatives in the stations. -Work with stations and other business functions to identify and consolidate vehicle demand in regards to peak and ramp times. -Work with teams in communication of local business needs and understanding of last mile vehicle strategies. -Monitor regional pipelines and readiness to ensure sufficient capacity is available and escalate on time to avoid shortfalls. -Ensure that delivery orders are executed on time in full and in line with highest quality standard. **Travel expectations for this role will be approximately 40%** This role needs to work in shifts if required (2 or 3 days a week, the shift may fluctuate within the range of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, depending on the Delivery Stations' requirements and the Team's priority). Work journal Monday to Saturday.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.- Disciplined and structured.- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance.- Demonstrated skills and ability to implement and follow up improvement plans.- Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.- Experience as process deployment project manager.- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the utilization of complex databases.- Continuous improvement background.- Ability to drive successful partnerships with external teams to execute tactic initiatives.- Demonstrated leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated.
