The Coordinator has responsibility for managing customer aircraft in accordance with US-CFR Part 91 / 135 rules.**Responsibilities**Manage Incoming Requests: Receive, acknowledge, and initiate action on new client requests. Open trip files ensuring all necessary details are documented and accurate.Route Coordination: Collaborate with Flight Planning to determine the optimal routing, verify routes, and plot them using company software.Vendor and Service Coordination:Submit requests for permits, PPRs, slots, ground handling, and fuel.Coordinate with service providers to ensure client requirements are met, maintaining alignment with company standards and policies.Vendor and Agent Selection: Ensure that all agents and vendors engaged are appropriate for the specific tasks and meet company guidelines.Shift Handover Preparation: Draft and share detailed handover notes for seamless transitions between shifts, under guidance from operational management.Flight Monitoring: Track live flights to ensure operations run smoothly, as effective monitoring is just as critical as initial planning.Client Communication: Regularly update clients on the status of their requested services, approvals, and operational progress.Flight Briefing: Prepare and provide clients with comprehensive final flight briefings, ensuring collaboration with the Flight Planning team as needed.Compliance and Accuracy:Process client requests while adhering to legal requirements and internal policies outlined in the company's operational manuals.Maintain accurate and concise records for invoicing and auditing purposes.Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs), agents, ground handlers, FBOs, and third-party vendors to follow up on service arrangements, ensuring precision and attention to detail.Professional Communication: Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with both internal teams and external partners throughout the operational process.Optimize Systems and Tools: Leverage company systems and resources to access up-to-date information and enhance operational efficiency.Operational Feasibility: Respond to client inquiries regarding operational feasibility, offering guidance based on company expertise.Client-Centered Problem Solving: When requests cannot be met, explore all possible alternatives to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.**Qualifications**:FAA Dispatch License Preferred.Prior aviation experience (pilot, dispatch, etc) Preferred.- Technical knowledge of aircraft capabilities and limitations with regard to international and domestic regulations and restrictions
