And if that's you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:**LVMCC Floor Support Engineer****Role Description**:The Floor Support Engineer support the designs, and implements, processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility of Motor Control Centers complex system based on the detail engineering.Identifies, analyzes, guide and resolves manufacturing inquiries about deficiencies in the design of Motor Control Centers ETO projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Monitors the ETO project from initiation of construction through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and guarantee the quality levels.**Main Responsibilities**:- Review with the engineering team the requirements and propose technical solutions that will make the project successful.- Support on site the resolution of Manufacturing information requirements or be the key contact to escalate the issues in case engineers were not available.- Contact engineers for any issue raise on site and support providing details by taking photos, fix BOM, CNC, update one-lines, elevations or electrical drawings or making suggestions on complex designs to speed up the resolution of issues,- Check and coordinate on site what remote engineer ask to support.- Excellent time management and organizational skills**Qualifications**:- B.S. Engineering Degree, Electrical, Automation or Mechatronics, related degree- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.- Strong technical knowledge and experience in automation and/or Low or Medium Voltage Motor Control Centers- Experience in understanding NEC, UL, CSA, IEC- Proficiency with SAP systems.- Strong technical background with expertise in problem solving techniques.- Great communication, organizational skills, and service attitude- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.- Advanced English - Spanish. (English proficiency 80%)- Proficiency with SAP systems.- Proficiency with engineering tools AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and CREO parametric.- Proficiency with business tools Microsoft Apps.LI-AM1
