Main Responsibilities: Define and update the supply and stock management parameters.Ensure needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing customer needs (customer order + CCMP's) and the replenishment backlog. Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.Main Activities: Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP (Master Production Schedule).Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy.Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Manage customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process.Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).Measure the ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans.Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.Define and manage the level of supply and stock management parameters of RM/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirements while reducing unhealthy stock.Qualifications: Skills needed:
Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering.
• Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proactively seek information and resources for professional development.
• Partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for strategic and tactical issues.
• Work within peer groups and leadership to ensure best practices.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP.
