Job Description - Flow Controller - Planner Buyer (Xico) (00934T) Main Activities: Insure needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + CCMP's) and the replenishment backlog.Insures product availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Measure the OTD, AC2, BOV, and other key KPI's and be able to drive action plans.Manage the customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process.Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage, and take actions to ensure the availability of products.Daily actions regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate when repeatable issues arise.Support stock discrepancies analysis and support adjustments.Required Skills: Mathematical optimization.Management System.Qualifications: Bachelor's in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision.Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed for continual professional development.Partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with external relationships.Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary, strategic execution, and tactical issues.Work within peer groups and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practices and opportunities are delivered.Strong verbal/presentation and written communication skills in a complex organization.Experience with SAP is a must (Purchasing, Production planning).
