Main Activities:Insure needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog.Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Measure the OTD, AC2, BOV, and other key KPIs and drive action plans.Manage customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process.Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling.Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), address shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.Daily actions regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate when issues are repeatable.Support stock discrepancies analysis and facilitate adjustments.Required Skills:EnglishMathematical optimizationManagement SystemMaterials managementQualifications:Bachelor's in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.Proactively seek information, training, and resources for continual professional development.Partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with external relationships.Independently solve problems and make decisions for strategic execution and tactical issues.Work within peer group and leadership to ensure best practices and opportunities are delivered.Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in a complex organization.Fluent in English.Experience with SAP is essential (Purchasing, Production planning).Leadership skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Schedule: Full-timeReq: 00934T#J-18808-Ljbffr
