Job Description - Flow Controller - Tlaxcala 2 (00934T)Main Activities:Insure needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + CCMP's) and the replenishment backlog.Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Measure the OTD, AC2, BOV, and other key KPIs and drive action plans.Manage customer needs through the Customer Claim Management Process.Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.Daily actions regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate repeatable issues.Support stock discrepancies analysis and adjustments.Required Skills:Mathematical optimizationManagement SystemQualifications:Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.Proactive in seeking information, training, and resources for continual professional development.Ability to partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise.Independently solve problems and make decisions for strategic execution and tactical issues.Collaborate within peer groups and leadership to ensure best practices are delivered.Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in a complex organization.Experience with SAP is a must (Purchasing, Production Planning).#J-18808-Ljbffr
