Responsible for maintaining plant environmental, health, and safety.- Ensure that product delivery and performance meet or exceeds customer expectations.- Responsible for Production and Material scheduling, Facility and equipment maintenance.- Responsible for plant profitability and managing the staff to achieve all financial goals.- Continuous quality improvement, and employee development and retention.- Additional task as assigned by management.- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions**Requirements**:- 10 + years of experience in a production management environment.- Experience with managing governmental regulations such as environmental, health and safety.- Experience with managing Plant P&L and other financial goals.- Must have experience in injection molding, painting, or electroplating of plastic substrates.- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.- Must be familiar for ISO / TS, IATF, JIT, MRP, TQM, and lean manufacturing processes.- Must be a hands-on manager.- Must have excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of Automotive methodologies and expectations.- Must be able to travel when required.- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual, with a serious work ethic.- Proven managerial experience- Proven work experience as a plant manager- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise- Computer literacy- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills- BS degree in Business Management or related field**Benefits**- Law benefits- Life & Medical Insurance- Food Coupons.- Savings Found.- Punctuality bonus
