REMOTE Independent Contractor -- English Speaking Market Research Focus Group Recruiter PositionPAY VARIES BASED ON PERFORMANCE.NO SALES.This is an independent contractor, 'pay per quality participant recruit' position with average pay ranging from $15-$20 per hour.NO sales. Recruiters must possess great people skills and the ability to work well with little supervision.Previous market research experience desired.This is a work-from-home position that may average 20+ hours per week, providing you flexible scheduling, recruiting and scheduling participants for market research studies. Hours may vary as business is cyclical based on our clients' research needs.Essential Recruiter Functions/Duties:- Data entry in Excel, or Google Sheets- Schedule and follow up confirmation for qualified recruits- Daily communication with Project Managers- Regular team meetings**Qualifications**:Must be available to work at least 20-30 hours per week to recruit for projects in the United States (all time zones). A home computer with high speed internet is necessary.
