To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.THE ROLE:Roles & Responsibilities:- Training Needs Analysis Coordination focused on FoM Soft skills (Learning Priorities Assessment) - Implementation and coordination of Learning strategy for FoM - MFG support and guidance- Generation and coordination of an annual/half-year training plan targeting soft skills for FoM Staff- Reconciliation of Talent Development Strategy and controllers (PD, Staff, FCSD, FBS) according to authorized budget within current year- Administration and design of talent development campaigns, Key contact for MFG Talent CoE's- Support for new Talent development projects along FoM locations.- Perform strong data analysis regarding Talent Development strategies mainly focus on soft skills training for FoM (Staff), develop action plans according to particular outcomes implementing an accurate training plan- Partnership with purchasing for vendor management- Ariba system management according to the Soft skills Training Plan (invoicing administration)- LMS management for FoM Staff (SABA/ HCM)- Talent Development Data management and KPI's- Budget administration of the 4 controllers: Staff, FCSD and PD- Cascade and implementation of global trainings for FoM- Strong networking (Purchasing, Communications, HR, IT, etc.)YOUR IMPACT:This role will be focused on the Talent Development strategies of FoM - Staff and Manufacturing approach.Implement new learning practices, continuous improvement of development actions
