The Food and Beverage Supervisor must be a leader with a desire to grow, a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, communicating pertinent information to staff, monitoring product quality and customer satisfaction in the restaurant, driving team engagement, ensuring amazing service for our guests, scheduling and training, and coordinating special events at the hotel. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
