.What we doThe SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA.Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.What you will doProvide SAP Product Costing expertise for SAP components in the areas of: CO-PC, COPA, CO Sub modules.Learn and gain expert level knowledge the Costing and Basics Modules of the SAP Dairy Management and Meat & Fish Solutions by msg.Act as the subject matter expert for the msg Foodpractice in North America.Provide guidance and recommendation to the clients.Provide oversight and manage msg Food projects.Participate in training/mentoring customers and internal consultants.Contribute to and participate in the msg Global Knowledge Communities.Working conditions: Fast paced work environment; flexibility in work schedules may be required due to changing business demands. The standard work environment is general office conditions (standing, sitting, walking). Remote work may be possible based on client requirements.Up to 80% overnight travel may be required.What we are looking forRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.A minimum of 3 years of progressive, relevant consulting, implementation experience with SAP in the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Agriculture, consumer food products, industrial food products, healthcare, manufacturing.The passion and drive to be part of a continuously growing business are essential.Demonstrated expertise of SAP CO-PC, FICO, COPA, CO sub modules and SAP project methodologies.Strong knowledge and background in a process-based industry like dairy, food, protein, chemical, or pharmaceuticals.Professional presentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.Capability to work well under pressure, in particular under cost and time constraints.Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.Strong project management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, adjust direction and priorities within fast paced and multi-faceted work environment through strong organization, time, detail and process management orientation.Professional consulting skills with ability to create solutions that take into account business objectives and requirements.Exceptional problem solver, with proven ability to utilize past experiences to effectively resolve issues
