And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!**_This position in based in Parque Industrial san Cayetamo (Toluca)_****JOB SUMMARY**Assure on the shop floor the compliance of the food safety requirements for all the products produced at Toluca site, including the requirements established by Barry Callebaut Corporate and customers. This profile brings follow-up during audits and deviations process reporting in a timely manner.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Food Safety, Food Defense, Sanitation and Microbiology training to Coordinators, operators, suppliers and contractors.- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), prerequisite programs, HACCP, OPRP, CCP monitoring and recording, daily review of the food safety registers and verified working conditions of contractors.- Responsible for food safety incidents notifications, such as Process Conditions, Product in Process, Finished Product and Shipping Conditions.- Responsible for EMP daily samples.- Root cause analysis member.- Participates in the internal and external audits.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Food Chemist/Food Engineer/bachelor degree- Intermediate English language- Shift role required (3 shift)- Desirable 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance or food safety- Knowledge of Quality Systems and knowledge of Food Safety procedures (HACCP).- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Preferably knowledge of SAPAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
