Food Safety Software Implementation SpecialistFood Safety Software Implementation Specialist Job Summary: Implement, manage, and maintain food safety software systems for our food manufacturing clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design solutions, and provide training and support to users.
This job requires you to live in the city of Querétaro since it will require at least 3 days a week attendance to the office.
It may also require you to travel and to visit clients facilities.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Implement and configure food safety software systems, including setup, testing, and validation.
2.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design implementation solutions
3.
Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the software.
4.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to ensure system uptime, performance, and security.
5.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and compliance risks.
6.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and technical specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or similar.
2.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
3.
Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
4.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
5.
Advanced english language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications: 1.
Certification in food safety, quality management, or related field (e.g., HACCP, SQF, ISO 22000).
2.
Previous experience in food manufacturing facilities
3.
Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions
