Our continued growth has created an opening for a Footprint Project Specialist in an EMEA E03 plant.
**Job Summary**:
As a result of both Tariff Mitigation activities and manufacturing localization efforts, numerous long-term initiatives.
Most of these initiatives involve shifting the sourcing and/or manufacturing of product from one location to another within the SBD network.
Key Supply Chain & Manufacturing parameters as well as Master & Transactional Data will need to be updated to enable these moves.
The
**Footprint Project Specialist** will support integration and improvement projects in all phases including: Discovery, Gap Analysis, Master Data Validation & Loads, Training, Change Management and Implementation.
This includes Master Data, order-to-bill processes for Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics and Distribution.
Knowledge base will include critical understandings of ERPs used in Manufacturing and Procurement of components.
Strong influencing skills, able to drive change and inspire confidence among senior leadership.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Participate in large-scale integration projects relative to Manufacturing master data and operations
- Provide analytical support to business and cross-functional project team
- Gather requirements, validate, and perform master data loads for new sources of supply
- Collaborate with IT for set up and decommissioning Manufacturing & DC locations
- Work effectively with all integrated functional areas to achieve project goals
- Development of templates, process flows, and training documentation
- Drive adherence to standard processes & policies
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as required by Sarbanes Oxley
- Support Supply Chain & Manufacturing Master Data Integrity and related processes
- Track & report project key milestones for Footprint projects related to North American facilities
**SKILLS**:
- Advanced understanding of ERP, reporting, quality & deployment systems
- Understanding of Manufacturing and Procurement processes & related Master Data
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Negotiation, Project Management Skills and understanding of Supply Chain planning is a plus
- SAP system integrations project experience
**SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE**:
- Proven experience in SAP C11 required
- SAP E03 & P10 a plus
- Word, Excel, Access, Power Point experience required
- JDA Supply Planning exposure is a plus
- ADS (Advance Deployment System) experience is a plus
- Winshuttle or SAP LSMW experience is a plus
- Experience with WMS optional
- Experience with QAD optional
**EDUCATION**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required
- BA/BS Degree preferred
