Responsibilities: As a Business Operations Planning Analyst in the Mobile Business Unit (MBU) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Forecast analysis and supply planning
Lead internal forecast process to develop 3 years consensus MBU (Mobile Business Unit) Business Plan
Work closely with internal cross functional team which includes relevant internal client/regional team, product management team, and internal strategic planning team to ensure the internal demand forecast aligned to MBU strategy, roadmap, and other business targets
Analyzes internal data looking at cycle over cycle changes, tech-node transition, market share and demand/supply match to bring up issues for resolution and provide insights to decision makers
Consolidate supporting material to address concerns in internal demand forecasts with executives to drive resolution and approval
Publish latest supply and demand to internal downstream processes
Work closely with SNOP to provide visibility to cycle over cycle changes at internal interlock review meetings to execute Mobile supply solve strategy
Review supply solve to ensure supply follows guidance and provide feedback where the solve can be improved.
Support 3-5 years internal long-range planning (LRP). Provide Quarterly updates to the LRP team for legacy node requirements and timing of product launches on future nodes outside the SNOP window. Develop and provide options to LRP team to enhance the supply strategy. Identify risk and opportunities in LRP vs MBUs product roadmap
Support internal product and road map teams on Stage Gate reviews
Drive productivity improvements through robotic process automation, gen AI tools, and process improvements
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in STEM fields or Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering
5+ years in one or more of the Forecast analysis or Supply chain experience
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under ambiguity and tight schedule
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with an inclusive approach across geographies and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success
Growth mindset, agile in adopting new tools and ways of working to drive continuous improvements and better business outcomes
Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI
