Forecasting Specialist

Develop effective forecast models based on customer trends and demand patterns.- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.- Develop reporting for initial purchase orders to be placed for new customer acquisitions.- Perform various MRP analysis to look for large changes in exceptions across the company.- Build additional adhoc reports as needed using Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Power BI Desktop.- Other duties may be assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $26,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Fasteners /MRO: 2 years (preferred)- SAP: 2 years (preferred)- Excel advanced: 3 years (required)- Forecasting Specialist: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
